I have just done my 1st ever Inspiration Challenge.  We were given a picture of a cushion and had to come up with something from that. This was my final result.

A friend of mine (Cath) made a card similar to this one and I loved the simplicity of it, yet elegance too, so thought I would make one to share with you, hope you like it.

Just love the way the ribbon is tied on this star.  You actually fold it up through punched holes and there is no tying at all…..but looks sooo neat.

Here are 2 cards made using the Great Friends Stampin Up set from the new mini catalogue…..have used Baja Breeze, kraft and whisper white cardstock.  Oh, I used chocolate chip to sponge the edge of my kraft card and chocolate chip ink on edge of butterfly.  Whisper white craft ink was used for stamping the dots and the stamp on the 2nd card also in whisper white ink is from the priceless set of stamps. I love these colours.  Hope you enjoy them.

Yesterday I had my 1st workshop in my new room….cement floor and all. But we couldn’t wait any longer.  We had a great day with everyone bringing their own lunch and I gave them each a present for being the 1st to my room. They received these lovely boxes I made with a cupcake enclosed.  We did the watercolour technique and a shaker card. The cards are below and I hope you enjoy them.  The shaker card was cased from SCS.

I just loved this card…..one of my own specialties that I made for a special stamping friend.  I used the new watercolour technique for colouring the rose using Baja Breeze dye reinker and aqua pen.  The stamp set is also one of my favourites called Fifth Avenue and I used the matching designer paper.(All Stampin Up). Please comment below and let me know what you think.
